Where possible, citizens should be prepared for and be able to respond to most challenges which they might encounter in all aspects of their life.  However, being ready for emergencies requires proper preparation.  It is crucial to have the proper tools available and to develop the skills to use them well before the need arises.

I have a vision of helping to awakening the pioneering spirit within each of us.  Developing a better appreciation of our natural environment and building a mindset and the skill of self-sufficiency is a benefit for anyone.
